Holistica Beauty Return & Cancellation Policy

 

At Holistica Beauty, we handcraft clean, small-batch products made fresh to order using natural ingredients. Because of the delicate, perishable nature of our offerings, we encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases, as returns are generally discouraged and accepted only under strict conditions.


 

1. Cancellations Are Not Accepted

 

To preserve product freshness and ensure timely fulfillment, all orders are processed immediately upon placement.

 

Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, edits, or modifications once an order is submitted. Please follow the return policy instructions below to request an RMA#.


 

2. Return Eligibility

 

While we understand circumstances may arise, we strongly encourage you to make informed purchases because returns are subject to strict guidelines:

  • Return Window:
    Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, based on tracking.

  • Condition Requirements:
    Only unopened, unused, and sealed items in their original packaging are eligible.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    We do not accept returns for:

    • Opened, used, or unsealed products

    • Personalized or custom items

    • Promotional items, including free gifts

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Pre-sale or member pre-launch items

    • Bundled or kit products

    • Subscribe & Save product purchases

    • Gift cards

    • Items beyond 5 days of delivery for damages or defects, or beyond 30 days for regular returns


 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery at Support@Holistica-Beauty.com

  • Provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue

 

Once reviewed and approved, at the sole discretion of Holistica Beauty, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are never issued.


 

4. Store Credit Only (No Refunds)

 

If a return or issue is approved, you will receive a store credit or a replacement.


We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.


All decisions on returns, credits, or replacements are final and made exclusively by Holistica Beauty.


 

5. Shipping & Restocking Fees

 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any store credit issued.

  • Return shipping may be waived only in cases of verified defects or errors.


 

6. How to Request a Return

 

All returns require prior approval from Holistica Beauty. To initiate a return:

  1. Email Support@Holistica-Beauty.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos.

  2. Wait for written approval. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the correct return address.

  3. The RMA number must be clearly written on the return shipping label.

 

Important:

  • Returns sent without an approved RMA number or sent to any address other than the one provided will not be accepted and will be ineligible for store credit, refund, or replacement.

  • Do not refuse shipment of your order. Refusing delivery will prevent the package from reaching our return facility and will immediately void your eligibility for any store credit, refund, or replacement.

  • Please Note: Holistica Beauty is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged items during the return shipping process. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method (such as USPS Priority Mail) when returning any products.

     

     

    All return shipments are the customer’s sole responsibility until they are successfully delivered to the correct return address provided with your RMA.
    Returns that are lost, stolen, misrouted, or arrive damaged will not be eligible for store credit, refund, or replacement under any circumstances.

     

All returns must comply with these instructions to be considered valid.
