At Holistica Beauty, we are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly and reliably. 


Please review the details of our shipping policy below:



1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to purchase our products, please contact our customer service team for potential future availability.



2. Shipping Methods & Costs


Standard Shipping Timeframe: 5-7 Business Days.


Shipping Cost: Standard shipping within the USA is a flat rate of $5.95. If your order total exceeds $50, you’ll qualify for free shipping.

 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).



3. Processing Time

- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


- High Demand Periods: During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.



4. Delivery Times

- Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days.


Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and other external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.



5. Order Tracking

- Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can monitor the delivery status of your package through the provided tracking link



6. Shipping Restrictions


- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Please provide a physical address for delivery to ensure prompt service.


- Alaska and Hawaii: Standard shipping times may be extended for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping may not be available to these locations.



7. Lost or Damaged Packages


- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect addresses, theft, or to the fault of the shipping carrier losing your package. If your package is lost by the carrier, you will need to call the carrier for support and open a claim.


- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at support@holistica-beauty.com. We will arrange for a no charge replacement to be sent, depending on your preference and product availability.



8. Changes to Shipping Information


- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@holistica-beauty.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed and shipped. We are not liable for your order once it leaves our facility.


- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
